Together with Ringkøbing-Skjern Erhvervsråd and Konsumfisk, We would like to invite you to an fun-filled day packed with tasty fresh fish, great whisky and show how well these two things can go together. Firstly, we would like to give you a tour around our distillery, where you'll be able to get up and close to every step in our whisky making.
Afterwards, the former Michelin chef, Jesper Krabbe from Krabbe Food, will cook some freshly captured fish fusioned with whisky over bonfire, and we'll taste some Stauning Whisky to go with the fish. This is a fusion, as you probably haven't tried before.
We will also have Verner Møller, the Hvide Sande skipper, to serve his sought-after monkfish pot with delicious bread from Gaardbageren in Højmark. Lastly, we will have a sweet surprise from Baking Sins by Lea from Ringkøbing, where Stauning Whisky is used as an ingredient.
