Used Stauning Whisky casks for sale
At Stauning Whisky, we use the best casks available and most of the time we only use them once for maturing our whisky. Since we solely use virgin casks or 1st fill casks, we continuously have a lot of used quality casks that we resell to merchants, producers or private people.
These casks are of high quality, and they are very well suited for further maturation spirit, wine, beer or fortified wine. They are far from depleted. Furthermore, they can also be used for decorative purposes.
The casks
These are the types of casks that we sell
- Stauning Barley Single Malt Cask (1st fill) - 200 litre
- Originally an American White Oak Virgin Cask that previously held Maker’s Mark Bourbon Cask (virgin fill)
- Stauning Smoke Single Malt Cask (1st fill) - 200 litre
- Originally an American White Oak Virgin Cask that previously held Maker’s Mark Bourbon Cask (virgin fill)
From time to time, we also have other casks that we use to experiment with like rum, cognac, calvados, mezcal and fortified wine casks. Many of our casks is filled from the top of the cask. Contact us for further questions or specifications.
