The S icon is formed from two parts, each made of nine lines. Together, they reflect the movement of grain across our malting floor, where rye and barley are turned by hand and machine as part of our rare floor-malting process. The 9 lines also carry a nod to the nine friends who founded Stauning Whisky — proof that good things can begin with a simple idea, a little stubbornness, and the right people around the table.
