This limited tasting set includes six 5cl bottles of carefully selected Stauning whiskies. A journey through our signature R.Y.E. whisky, from the classic expression to rare cask finishes and one softly smoked finale.
Inside the set, you’ll find a mix of familiar Stauning character and curious experiments. Whiskies aged in New American oak, sherry, maple syrup cask, orange liqueur cask and one gently smoked. Different paths, all beginning with local grain, floor-malting, rooted on the West Coast of Denmark, where grain fields and coastal air shapes the land. Designed with simplicity and intention at its core.

From warm spice and ripe fruit to dark sherry, toasted oak and a hint of smoke, this set explores just how far Danish rye whisky can travel.
At the centre is Stauning R.Y.E., our signature whisky made from local Danish rye and barley, 100% floor-malted at the distillery, double-distilled in direct-fired copper pot stills and matured with intention.
This is an evening for pouring slowly, asking questions and tasting together, even from different tables across Denmark. Some whiskies are smooth and familiar. Others are darker, sweeter or more unexpected. All are made to be explored in good company.
Our signature rye whisky offers remarkable depth and balance. Made from local rye and barley, 100% floor-malted at the distillery, double-distilled and matured in new American oak. Smooth, mellow and rich with warm spice, ripe fruit and a long, rounded finish.
48% vol.
A world championship-winning variation of our signature R.Y.E., finished in North American maple syrup casks. Deep sweetness, liquorice and toasted oak make this a generous dram for the later hours.
53.5% vol.
Our well-known R.Y.E. whisky finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Rich, elegant and full of depth, with warm spices, dark fruit and a long, generous finish. A new whisky in the Stauning portfolio.
46% vol.
A limited edition take on our classic R.Y.E., finished in casks from the French liqueur producer Grand Marnier. The result is gently festive, with soft sweetness, bright citrus notes and a fresh lift to the familiar rye spice.
40.6% vol.
Our little nod to Edgar Allan Poe’s The Cask of Amontillado. Classic Stauning R.Y.E. finished in fine Amontillado sherry casks, bringing notes of roasted nuts, dark fragrant tobacco and leather-bound books.
50.5% vol.
A softly smoked double malt made from Danish heather- and peat-smoked single malt whisky and malted R.Y.E. Matured in new American oak with a Madeira finish, it brings gentle bonfire smoke, toasted grain and a balanced introduction to smoky whisky.
