Stauning West Coast Penicillin
This highball cocktail might fix a lot of things, though unfortunately not quite like actual penicillin. The cocktail was invented by Sam Ross at New York City’s famous Milk & Honey bar.
The taste is very reminiscent of a Whisky Sour, though with a spicy and sweet twist from the ginger and honey. Freshly served with carbonated ginger beer.
Recipe
- 4 cl Stauning Smoke Single Malt Whisky
- 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Ginger beer
