Nordic Highball is a vibrant hard seltzer created in collaboration with BRØL brewery and infused with Stauning HØST – our smooth and delicate double malt whisky made from floor-malted Danish grains.
A fresh take on whisky, brewed for sunny days, spontaneous toasts, and circular thinking. It’s crisp, ginger-forward and lightly spiked with bergamot oil, offering a clean, dry finish that plays beautifully with the subtle fruitiness of HØST. Expect a gentle sparkle, layered flavour, and an effortlessly drinkable profile. Low in calories and alcohol, but rich in character.
Crafted with upcycled ginger pulp from Frankly Juice and developed in collaboration with the acclaimed cocktail bar bird in Copenhagen, this highball blends Danish innovation with a circular mindset. Serve it cold, straight from the can or over ice. It’s not just a drink – it’s a nod to local flavour, sustainability and good company.

A Danish whisky seltzer
At the heart of this highball is Stauning HØST, our homage to the Danish harvest. It’s a blend of single malt and rye whisky, 100% floor-malted and distilled in our direct-fired copper stills on Denmark’s west coast. By weaving it into a seltzer, we’ve taken whisky out of the glass and into the everyday.
