Crafted from 100% floor-malted local Danish barley, this whisky is double distilled in direct-fired copper pot stills and matured in first-fill Tawny Port casks. The result is bold smoke, balanced by fruit and spice.

Using the best raw materials and most traditional production methods:

Crafted from barley sourced within a bicycle ride from our distillery in West Jutland.
AUTHENTIC
Our grains are 100% floor-malted and kiln-dried at the distillery, ensuring flavour retention through traditional methods.
COMPLEXITY
The whisky is matured on-site, firstly in new American oak casks, then finished in first-fill Tawny Port casks from Porto, Portugal.
CHARACTER
Double-distilled in 24 small, direct-fired copper pot stills. Non-chill filtered - residue may appear.
- Palate: Salted caramel, citrus fruit, tobacco, soft smoke
- Finish: Ripe plum, toffee with a soft lingering smoke
