What you need

Recipe

  • 6 cl Stauning Peat
  • 2.5 cl Fresh lemon juice
  • 2.5 cl Honey syrup
  • 3 Slices of fresh ginger
STEPS TO TAKE

Instructions

  • Muddle the ginger in a cocktail shaker, then add the other ingredients
  • Fill with ice and shake until chilled
  • Double strain into an ice filled rocks (or lowball) glass
  • Garnish with candied ginger
