The Penicillin was developed in 2005 as a riff on the whiskey sour by bartender Sam Ross at Milk & Honey. The aromatic blend of feel-good ingredients made it an instant modern classic cocktail.

- 6 cl Stauning Peat
- 2.5 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 2.5 cl Honey syrup
- 3 Slices of fresh ginger
