Stauning 'New York' Whisky Sour
The New York Whisky Sour is a variant of the classic and simple Whisky Sour with a float of red wine added as a colourful and fruity twist. This cocktail is believed to stem from Chicago in the 1880's, then called a 'Continental Sour', among other names. Though, the drink became popular in the New York bar scene afterwards. Hence, the name.
A sour, fruity and colourful cocktail that goes very well as a summer cocktail.

- 5 cl Stauning Rye Whisky
- 2.5 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl Sugar syrup
- 1.5 cl Egg White (optional)
- 2 cl fruity red wine
