Own a full cask of Stauning Whisky! The advantage of buying a full cask is complete control over age, cask type, cask size and alcohol strength. You also get bottles with a personal special label and the price per bottle is lower than Stauning Whisky official bottlings.

How it works
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- SPECIAL EDITION "CASK OWNER EXCLUSIVE" BOTTLE: Only issued to owners of Private Casks. Shipped upon purchase of Private Cask or Cask Share. For customers from outside Denmark this bottle must be collected at the distillery - we can't ship outside of Denmark.
- Owners Certificate will be sent to the owner.
- Two tickets for a Guided Tour of the distillery - Tasting included.
- A personal Label on all bottles.
PAYMENT
- First payment: You pay for the cask and the new make/spirit. This price is fixed.
- Second payment: You pay for handling, bottle, cork, foil cap, label and alcohol tax. It depends on the number of bottles, The Angle’s Share, The Devils Cut, alcohol strength and age. This price always varies.

EXTRAS
- Stauning Whisky "Private Cask Box" for a bottle (new design) / DKK 20 per box.
- Reissue of Owners Certificate / DKK 250.
- Cask sample 1x 25 cl at Cask Strength / DKK 500.
- Transfer of spirit to different cask / DKK 1,000.
- Attend bottling outside normal opening hours/weekend / DKK 1.500.
- Handling and shipping if needed - By appointment.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- The spirit must be matured for at least 3 years before bottling.
- The spirit must be bottled at least at 40% ABV.
- The cask is insured during the maturation time.
- After bottling the empty cask belongs to the buyer/owner.
- All prices include Danish VAT and taxes.
- IMPORTANT: Bottles must be picked up at the distillery after bottling. This is also the case for customers from outside Denmark - we can't ship outside of Denmark.
