Here is a Danish twist on the classic, where the coffee dessert is given a solid shot of KAOS Triple Malt Whisky - our lightly smoked & full-bodied malt whisky trinity, which adds a lot of complexity and character to the drink.

What you need

Recipe

  • 4 cl Stauning KAOS Triple Malt Whisky
  • 10 cl freshly brewed, dark coffee
  • 1 teaspoon of Muscovado, Demerara or brown sugar
  • Freshly made & lightly whipped cream
  • A bit of nutmeg
STEPS TO TAKE

Instructions

  • Mix whisky, coffee, sugar in an Irish coffee glass 
  • Top with lightly whipped cream
  • Sprinkle with grated nutmeg on top to finish
