Irish Coffee was invented in Ireland. Yet, there is no reason, why the Irish has patented the warm & sweet coffee dessert with whisky.
Here is a Danish twist on the classic, where the coffee dessert is given a solid shot of KAOS Triple Malt Whisky - our lightly smoked & full-bodied malt whisky trinity, which adds a lot of complexity and character to the drink.
Recipe
- 4 cl Stauning KAOS Triple Malt Whisky
- 10 cl freshly brewed, dark coffee
- 1 teaspoon of Muscovado, Demerara or brown sugar
- Freshly made & lightly whipped cream
- A bit of nutmeg
