Stauning Smoke Single Malt Cobbler
Stauning Smoke Single Malt Cobbler
The Cobbler cocktail is one of the oldest mixed cocktails. In its essence, a Cobbler is a mix of any spirit, sugar, crushed ice and fruit. The name is referring to "cobbles" of ice, which it was traditionally built over. A cobbler has become tightly connected with straws to avoid drinking the small "cobbles" of ice or freezing the lips.
Nowadays, The Cobbler comes in many varieties, though typically made with Sherry as the main spirit, but still open to modern interpretations. In this version you get both sweetness, bitterness, and the smoke from Stauning Smoke. A delicious and fresh cocktail for the whisky lovers.
