For the best result, you chill the glass and find the best ice and soda you can get your hands on. We recommend a highly carbonated soda e.g. Bornholms Kildevand Megabrus. The Whisky Highball may be basic, but it’s by no means a simple sip. The dilution reveals hidden flavours in the whisky. - Soda Water (well carbonated)
- Ice (quality ice, not from tap water)
- Lemon wedge
STEPS TO TAKE
Put ice and whisky in a highball glass
Top with Soda Water
Drop in the lemon wedge
